Pricing

The rate is published. The billing is weekly. Your card pays Google.

Most agency pricing is designed so you cannot compare it. Ours fits on one line, and the contract fits on one page.

10%Of ad spend. The entire fee, calculated on what Google actually charged your card.
€0Setup fee, markup and minimum. You pay Google directly, with your own card.
0Lock-in and notice period, from either side. Billed weekly, on 3-day terms.
Work it out

Your fee, down to the euro.

No tiers to read, nothing hidden behind a "custom quote".

  • You pay Google€10,000
  • Rook Media fee€1,000
  • Invoiced weekly, roughly€231
  • Total out the door€11,000
The weekly figure is the monthly fee spread across the year (÷52). The real invoice follows your actual spend that week, so it moves with you — up and down.
The contract

What you get in writing, and what never happens.

Every line below is in the agreement you sign before we touch the account.

You get in writing

  • 10% of ad spend. That is the whole fee.
  • Calculated weekly on what Google actually charged.
  • You pay Google directly, with your own card.
  • You own every account, asset, pixel and creative.
  • Handover starts the day you say stop; we remove our own access.

Never happens

  • No setup fee.
  • No markup on your budget, no "media cost" line.
  • No lock-in, no notice period.
  • No junior left alone with your spend.
  • Nothing behind our login — it is your account.

We get paid more when you spend more. That is a real conflict.

So here is how we keep it honest. The invoice is weekly, not monthly, and there is no notice period — an account we scale unprofitably fires us next week, not next quarter. The fee sits on your dashboard next to the spend it was calculated on, so you never have to take our word for the number.

We will not hand you a ROAS target before seeing the account. Nobody honest can. We track the trend, move when the numbers move, and tell you straight when something is not working — before the next invoice, not after.

How this compares

  • Freelancer, flat retainer: cheap at low spend, but a flat fee means no upside for them in scaling you, and no cover when they are away.
  • Big agency: deep bench and real process, but usually a retainer plus percentage, a setup fee, a six-month term and an account manager between you and the work.
  • Us: percentage only, weekly, cancel any week, and you talk to the operator inside the account.
Billing questions

How the money actually moves.

When do invoices go out?
Weekly, by bank transfer, on 3-day terms — calculated on the spend Google actually charged your card that week, with that spend shown beside it in your portal.
What if I pause for a month?
You pay 10% of whatever was spent. No spend, no fee. There is no minimum and no retainer to keep the relationship alive.
Are there tools billed on top?
Only if you choose to install one and we tell you the price first. We do not take commission on tools, and nothing is added to your account without you approving it.
Do you mark up the ad budget?
Never. Google bills your card directly. We never hold or resell your media, which means nobody can quietly bill you more than Google charged.

Send us your monthly spend. We will reply with the exact fee.
