Merchant Center disapproval checklist.
Work through this before you appeal. Each failed review tells Google the problem is unaddressed, so the order matters: fix first, appeal once.
A contact page with an email or phone that works, plus a physical address. The single most common fix, and the fastest.
How many days, who pays return shipping, and what condition. Linked from the footer and visible at checkout.
If fulfilment takes three weeks, say three weeks. Hidden delivery times are a misrepresentation finding waiting to happen.
Including sale prices, currency conversion apps and any market-specific pricing. Check a sample of products manually.
Products marked in stock that are not is one of the fastest routes to an item-level disapproval spreading account-wide.
A timer that restarts on refresh is fake urgency. Google checks twice, and reviewers look specifically for this.
Reference prices have to be real. Permanent "was €99, now €39" is a misleading-claims finding.
Missing identifiers cause quiet, catalogue-wide disapprovals and lose you comparison placements.
Supplier or lookalike brand names in titles and descriptions read as counterfeit, whatever you meant by them.
Anything the product cannot support, including in reviews and user content you display.
Run one. A broken or half-working checkout reads as a non-functional site.
Including mobile. Reviewers use phones too.
An About page that reads like a business, not a template with lorem ipsum under a stock photo.
Generic generated text mentioning another company name is worse than nothing.
The image Google serves should be the image the buyer lands on.
Then submit with a short note saying what changed. Repeat appeals from an unchanged store harden the decision.

Some suspensions come from account or domain history rather than anything on the current store. Those are the hardest category, and the honest answer is that not all of them come back.
Send us the account and the suspension notice and we will tell you straight — recoverable or not, and roughly how fast. No retainer to find out. More on how we approach suspensions.
Still suspended? Send us the notice.
We will tell you whether it is worth appealing before you spend another review on it.
