What this page covers

This site is a static set of pages. It does not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or analytics profiling. The calculators run entirely in your browser — nothing you type into them is transmitted or stored.

What we collect

• When you contact us: the name, email, store URL and details you choose to send by WhatsApp or email. Used only to reply and to assess fit.
• When you become a client: the account access you grant us, plus the billing details needed to invoice you.
• Client portal: a session cookie so you stay logged in. No advertising or third-party cookies.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information, we do not add you to a marketing list because you messaged us, and we do not share client account data with other clients. Competitor stores do not get told anything about yours.

Data in the accounts we manage

Advertising and store data stays in your own Google Ads, Merchant Center and Shopify accounts. We work through delegated access, which you can revoke at any time. At the end of a relationship we remove our own access as part of handover.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email rookmediaagencyg@gmail.com and we will action it.
