Engagement

Rook Media provides Google Ads management for eCommerce and dropshipping businesses. Work begins when both parties agree in writing and access has been granted. There is no minimum term.

Fee and billing

• The fee is 10% of Google Ads spend for the period, calculated on the amount Google actually charged the client.
• Invoices are issued weekly, payable by bank transfer within three days.
• There is no setup fee, no minimum spend and no markup on media.
• The client pays Google directly using their own payment method. Rook Media never holds ad budget.

Ownership and access

All advertising accounts, campaigns, conversion data, audiences, creative and feed work remain the property of the client and live in accounts the client owns. Rook Media works through delegated manager access, which the client may revoke at any time. On termination, handover begins immediately and Rook Media removes its own access once complete.

Cancellation

Either party may end the engagement at any time, with no notice period. The engagement ends once outstanding invoices for work already performed are settled.

What we do not accept

Replica or counterfeit goods, fake or misrepresented products, supplements making unsupported health claims, gambling, and age-gated products. We may decline or end an engagement where continuing would require misrepresenting a business to Google.

No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including product, pricing, margin, seasonality, competition and platform policy decisions. We do not guarantee a specific ROAS, revenue figure or reinstatement outcome, and we will tell the client promptly when something is not working.

Confidentiality

Account data, performance figures and commercial information are treated as confidential and are not shared with other clients or used publicly without written permission.
