Suspension recovery

Google did not kill your store. A policy flag did — and flags get reversed.

A suspension is a problem with a cause. The email names a policy, never the cause. We find what actually tripped it, fix it at the root, and appeal once with a documented case — while you keep selling on the channels that never needed Merchant Center.

Why appealing immediately usually makes it worse

The instinct is to hit "request review" the moment the email lands. Reviews are not free: each failed appeal is another data point telling Google the problem is unaddressed, and repeat appeals from an unchanged store harden the decision.

The notice will say something like misrepresentation — a category that covers everything from a missing phone number to fake countdown timers. It is deliberately vague, because a specific list would be a circumvention manual. So the work is diagnostic: read the store the way a reviewer does, find the finding, fix it, then appeal.

What the notice says versus what is really wrong.

The eight causes that account for most dropshipping and eCommerce suspensions.

What is really wrong
What the notice says
What fixing it looks like
Missing or thin business information
Misrepresentation — untrustworthy promotions
A real contact page, physical address, working phone or email, and an About page that reads like a business. Often the fastest fix there is.
Returns, refund or shipping policy unclear
Misrepresentation · Shopping policy violation
Policies stating real timelines and who pays return shipping, linked from footer and checkout, matching what you actually do.
Price or availability mismatch
Item not matching landing page · price mismatch
Feed price, currency and stock synced with the live page — including sale prices and any currency converter app that rewrites them.
Countdown timers and fake scarcity
Misrepresentation — misleading claims
Remove timers that reset, "only 3 left" that never changes, and struck-through prices the product never sold at. Google checks twice.
Claims the product cannot support
Misleading claims · unapproved substances
Rewriting health, income or performance claims out of titles, descriptions and reviews. Where most supplement stores quietly die.
Checkout or payment looks unsafe
Untrustworthy promotions · site not functional
A checkout that completes on a test order, valid SSL, no broken pages, and payment methods that render properly on mobile.
Brand or trademark in the feed
Counterfeit goods · trademark complaint
Removing brand names you do not sell from titles and descriptions. If the product genuinely is a replica, we cannot help and we will say so.
Domain or account history
Circumventing systems · suspended account
The hardest category. Establish what is linked, fix the underlying cause, appeal once with the whole picture — repeat appeals from the same setup just harden the no.

A guide to the common cases, not legal advice or a guarantee — some suspensions stick, and we will tell you when we think yours is one of them rather than bill you to find out.

Keep selling while the appeal is in review

Merchant Center suspension stops Shopping and the shopping half of Performance Max. It does not stop Search, Demand Gen or YouTube. Most stores sit dark for weeks waiting on a review when two thirds of Google was available the whole time. Getting those live is usually day three of working with us, appeal or no appeal.

What we need to look at it

Merchant Center access, the suspension notice itself, and a look at the store. We come back with: recoverable or not, what we think tripped it, and roughly how long. No retainer to find out, and no pitch if the answer is "this one sticks".

We will tell you straight — recoverable or not, and how fast. No pitch, no retainer to find out.
