One blended ROAS can hide a lot. Your portal shows the rest.
We built our own client portal instead of emailing a monthly slide deck. Everything we do to your account, and everything it costs you, is on screen and updated daily.
Four things you stop having to ask for.
Updated daily, not assembled the night before a call.
Spend beside results, per campaign
Each campaign with its spend, clicks, CTR, CPC and daily budget on one table. When a campaign stops paying, you see it the same day we do.
What you pay us, next to what you pay Google
The fee is a card on the dashboard — 10% of the period's spend, computed from the same numbers you are looking at. Nothing to reconcile at invoice time.
Creatives and tickets, tracked
Ask for a creative or flag a problem from the portal. Each request has a status and an owner, and the delivered file lands in the same place.
Why this exists
Monthly slide decks are written to be presented, not read. They arrive after the month they describe, which is exactly too late to change anything.
A daily portal removes the reason to trust us on the numbers: you are reading the same data we are, from the same source, on the same day. It also removes the most common agency excuse, which is that the report is being prepared.
Multi-store, one login
If you run several stores, they sit under one client with separate accounts, and invoices show the spend they were calculated on. See how billing works.
Want to see it with your own data in it? That starts with the teardown.
Free, and you keep the write-up whether or not we work together.
