Ours is published in full on the teardown section — sixteen checks in the order that matters, starting with whether the account can be trusted to measure itself.
The order is the point
Tracking first, because everything downstream is decoration until Google and the store agree. Then disapprovals, because a disapproved product cannot lose an auction it never entered. Then structure, then search terms, then — last — bidding.
What an audit should end with
- What is wrong, specifically, with numbers.
- What you would change, in what order.
- What that would cost.
- An honest statement if the answer is "nothing much".
If the account is in good shape, a good auditor says so. That happens more often than agencies admit.
