What changed
Platform review got stricter on store quality. Buyers got better at spotting template stores. Shipping expectations tightened. Competition on the obvious products intensified.
What the surviving stores do
- Look like real businesses, because that is now checked.
- State shipping times honestly and still convert.
- Own their product data rather than shipping the supplier’s.
- Carry margin that can pay for traffic.
- Treat policy compliance as part of operations, not an afterthought.
What did not change
Reselling is still allowed. Google still rewards relevance. A product with genuine demand and adequate margin still works. How we run these accounts.
