Why a percentage
It scales with the work. A €50k account genuinely takes more managing than a €5k one, and a flat fee means either overcharging the small account or underserving the large one.
The bias it creates
We earn more when you spend more. That is a real conflict and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
The counterweights
- Weekly invoicing. The fee tracks what actually happened, not a forecast.
- No notice period. Scale you unprofitably and you leave next week.
- The fee shown next to the spend in your portal, so you never take our word for the number.
Where we are not the cheapest
At high spend, a flat retainer can be better value. We will say so rather than pretend. The full terms.
