1. Share the margin, and update it
Costs change. A target set on last year’s margin is wrong now.
2. Tell us about the business, not just the ads
Stock arriving, a supplier problem, a price change, a PR mention. All of them show up in the account and we will waste a day diagnosing them otherwise.
3. Answer within a day on approvals
Creative and budget decisions sitting in an inbox are the most common reason a good plan lands two weeks late.
4. Push back with specifics
"It feels slow" is hard to act on. "Our repeat rate is 18% and you are targeting as if it were 40%" is a conversation.
