The five mistakes new stores make on Google

None of these are subtle. All of them are expensive.

1. Advertising before anything has sold

Ads amplify. If nothing has sold organically or through a cheaper channel, paid traffic is the expensive way to discover that.

2. Starting with Performance Max

It needs conversion data to work with. A new account has none, so it spends while it guesses.

3. No tracking check

Launching without verifying conversions against real orders means every decision afterwards is built on a number nobody validated.

4. Ignoring the store review

Google reviews new stores harder. Thin policies and no contact details mean a suspension before you have learned anything.

5. Changing everything every three days

The account never leaves learning, so no week is readable. Why that happens.
