Disapproved — you are not in the auction at all. Check Merchant Center diagnostics first; a disapproved product cannot lose an auction it never entered.
Out-matched — your product data does not match how people search, so you appear for the wrong queries.
Out-bid — genuinely a bidding and margin question, and the only one of the three that costs money to fix.
