How much does a Google Ads agency cost?

Commonly a retainer, a percentage of spend, or both. Ours is 10% of spend with no retainer and no setup fee.

The short answer

Commonly a retainer, a percentage of spend, or both. Ours is 10% of spend with no retainer and no setup fee.

Typical models: flat retainer (predictable, but no upside for them in scaling you), percentage of spend (aligned on growth, misaligned on efficiency), or retainer plus percentage with a six-month term and a setup fee.

Ours is 10% of ad spend, calculated weekly on what Google actually charged your card, with no setup fee, no markup, no minimum and no lock-in. A store spending €10,000 a month pays about €1,000. The full contract is published.
