Check tracking first. If Google is not receiving conversions, you may be getting sales it cannot see — compare Google's count against your Shopify orders for the same window before changing anything.
Then read the search terms report. Paying for vague or irrelevant searches is the most common cause of spend without sales, and negatives fix it the same day.
Only then look at the offer: price, page speed, shipping cost at checkout, and whether the landing page answers the search that paid for it.
